📋 Description

• Work across the entire software development life cycle, including requirements definition, prototyping, detailed design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support • Collaborate with technical staff, management, and business operations staff to deliver solutions to complex business problems within agreed timelines and budgets • Code, test, debug, document, and enhance programs • Coordinate with user management regarding project status, direction, and user needs • Coordinate software testing through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification • Identify and resolve system operating problems to support business continuity • Contribute to high-level system architecture documents and detailed design specifications • Provide estimates for work based on user requirements • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming/refinement, and sprint retrospectives • Follow secure coding practices and implement appropriate security measures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 3 years of professional software engineering experience • Degree obtained through an accredited institution • Education or experience is verified • Expert knowledge of software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Experience working in an Agile environment • Knowledge of secure coding practices, security measures, vulnerabilities, and threats • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to research software-related issues and products • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Highly self-motivated and directed • Keen attention to detail • Ability to communicate information, operate computers and IT equipment, read computer monitors/documents, and sit or stand for long periods
