📋 Description

• Partner with mining operations to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities • Use simulator and operational data to support data-driven decision making • Develop and optimize workforce development strategies • Support customers in achieving operational and workforce performance objectives • Build trusted relationships with operational leaders and training teams • Facilitate discussions around workforce capability, operational performance, and business outcomes • Present recommendations and improvement opportunities to stakeholders • Support long-term customer success and value realization • Implement simulator-based training and workforce development initiatives • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements • Support project execution across multiple customer sites • Coordinate activities with local and global teams • Develop performance reports and dashboards • Translate complex operational data into actionable insights • Present progress, outcomes, and recommendations to customer leadership teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within mining operations, mining services, operational improvement, technical services, workforce development, training, or consulting • Strong understanding of mining operational environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to analyze information and translate insights into practical actions • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills • Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America • Experience leading training, workforce development, or operational improvement initiatives preferred • Experience working with mine operations leadership teams preferred • Exposure to simulation, technology-enabled training, or performance improvement programs preferred • Experience using data, reporting, or performance analytics to support decision making preferred • Background in mining consulting, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or workforce capability development preferred
