📋 Description

• Lead implementation of Workday Payroll solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment • Collaborate with clients to understand payroll requirements and translate them into Workday Payroll configurations • Configure payroll calculations, tax setups, earnings, deductions, and related processes • Lead and mentor junior consultants on payroll configuration and implementation best practices • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to integrate Workday Payroll with other systems • Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues with clients and internal teams • Stay current on Workday Payroll updates and features, assessing impacts on client implementations • Contribute to internal tools, methodologies, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Payroll implementation lifecycle processes, including system design, configuration, and project reviews • Workday US Payroll certification preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience • Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculations, tax regulations, and compliance requirements • Demonstrated ability to lead complex Workday Payroll projects from start to finish • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, project teams, and stakeholders at all levels • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members preferred
