📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites • Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle using automated and manual validation techniques • Develop and maintain unit, API, integration, and end-to-end automated tests • Write and execute automated and manual tests; analyze logs, metrics, and defects • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Scrum, product management, and development teams • Refine requirements, testing strategies, and acceptance criteria • Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Document frameworks, test cases, and reporting metrics • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA, and GDPR • Provide stakeholders with updates on testing progress and results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of hands-on software QA experience focused on writing automation test cases, preferably in health tech • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages • Familiarity with API testing tools and frameworks • Basic SQL skills for database validation and troubleshooting • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision • Knowledge of HIPAA, FDA, and GDPR healthcare regulations (preferred)
