📋 Description

• Lead technical role in customer engagements • Help customers design and implement data extraction workflows and workspaces • Advise customers on applying GenAI and ML to business processes • Liaise with internal teams to address novel customer requirements • Write custom code to bridge product capabilities and customer needs • Collaborate with prospects and customers to design solutions using Indico workflows and workspaces products • Capture project scope, requirements, resources, and success criteria • Provide technical leadership for pilots and projects • Own custom development, discriminative model and generative prompt development, ground truth testing, and system integrations with customer IT • Partner with Product, Engineering, R&D, Customer Success, and Sales teams to productionalize customer use cases and productize customizations • Advocate for customer needs and feedback • Support customer and partner enablement through product and technical expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a customer-facing or business-stakeholder-facing software development or professional services role • Comfortable engaging with and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences • Highly proficient in Python • Experience with Python linting, type checking, formatting, and unit/regression testing • Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and command-line work • Familiarity with drafting solution design documents, data schemas, and JSON schemas • Familiarity with synchronous polling, asynchronous event queues, and webhooks • Attentive to data/code security and privacy controls in HIPAA- and PII-sensitive contexts • Ability to build trusting relationships with customers, prospects, and partners • Self-directed, independent, proactive, and collaborative team member • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or other technical certification (bonus/preferred) • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts including Accuracy, Precision, Recall, Training, and Prompting (bonus) • Experience with GenAI/LLM tools, including Claude, Gemini, or GPT (bonus) • Experience with AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, or deploying Celery services (bonus) • Experience with GraphQL or REST APIs (bonus) • Experience with ETL processes, data normalization/transformation, and process automation (bonus) • Familiarity with Docker/Podman and containerization (bonus) • Familiarity with the Insurance industry, including underwriting and claims (bonus) • Authorized to work in the United States • Ability to work East Coast Timezone hours
