📋 Description

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations for Idira technology • Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations with prospective customers • Position Idira’s value and differentiators to acquire the technical win • Act as technical expert and trusted advisor for machine identity security solutions during sales cycles • Partner with Account Executives to communicate solution value to technical and business stakeholders • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, challenges, and security goals • Translate customer requirements into solution architecture and deployment strategies • Collaborate with product management and R&D to influence product direction and resolve customer issues • Track industry trends and emerging DevOps tools, CI/CD, Agentic AI frameworks, and best practices • Assist marketing efforts to generate pipeline and increase leads • Deliver technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions to clients and internal teams • Travel as needed to meet customers, attend conferences, or conduct on-site workshops

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role, ideally in cybersecurity and/or DevOps tooling • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins • Understanding of SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, and HSMs • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, large language models (LLMs), or autonomous AI workflows • Development experience with Python, Go, Java, or Node.js • Scripting knowledge using PowerShell or Bash • Ability to work with REST APIs • Curiosity about the DevOps landscape and willingness to stay current on industry trends • Familiarity with AI orchestration, prompt engineering, or integrating AI agents into development lifecycles • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Experience managing and executing detailed technical responses for RFIs and RFPs • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into business value propositions • Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and their secrets management systems • Preferred: operational experience with PKI deployment and lifecycle management • Preferred: prior experience with IAM, PAM, or secrets management solutions • Preferred: knowledge of Zero Trust security models and security compliance frameworks • Preferred: hands-on experience securing or deploying autonomous AI agents • Relevant certifications are a plus, including Kubernetes, AWS, CyberArk Guardian, or CyberArk Defender • K8s certifications such as CKA or CKS and/or cloud architect certifications are preferred • Must not require immigration sponsorship; the posting states Palo Alto Networks will not sponsor applicants for work visas
