📋 Description

• Match healthcare professionals with facilities that need their help • Build relationships, make placements, and grow a book of business • Provide top-tier service that turns first placements into long-term partnerships • Connect with healthcare professionals through calls, texts, social media, job boards, and referrals • Interview, screen, and guide clinicians toward suitable roles • Build and manage a candidate pipeline from hiring start to finish • Exceed monthly goals through recruiting and sales performance • Maintain lasting clinician relationships through extensions and new opportunities • Work with dedicated compliance, onboarding, and payroll support

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Successfully pass a background check • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales • Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, move quickly, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated and able to thrive in an autonomous role • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement • Comfortable using MS Office Suite, CRM/ATS systems, and multiple digital platforms
