📋 Description

• Oversee the initial coding of surveys, facilitate revisions, manage data delivery, and ensure high data quality throughout projects • Program and collaborate on survey updates in a timely manner to meet or exceed timing expectations • Program online surveys with required quality and productivity levels • Program and test survey logic • Undertake quality assurance of online surveys • Adhere to project capabilities and meet client timing expectations • Partner with internal teams to understand project requirements • Participate in client meetings to understand requirements • Proactively offer alternative solutions to adverse designs or system limitations • Serve as an information resource and provide ongoing internal and external support • Maintain communication with all parties associated with projects • Participate in internal projects and initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience on Decipher or a similar survey programming tool, such as Confirmit or Qualtrics • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and logic skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport in team settings and establish credibility with colleagues and cross-functional teams • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with other associates • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Patience and knowledge to debug issues or problems • Marketing research and project management experience is a plus
