📋 Description

• Design and configure Boomi Data Hub solutions for enterprise master data domains • Configure Data Hub models, fields, source systems, repositories, relationships, and synchronization processes • Develop match rules, duplicate detection, survivorship rules, source ranking, and golden record creation • Define and implement data quality, validation, standardization, and exception-handling rules • Develop Boomi integrations between Data Hub and enterprise applications • Create source-to-target mappings and transformation specifications • Identify systems of record, systems of entry, and authoritative sources by attribute • Support data profiling and analysis of data quality issues • Design data stewardship, exception management, and manual record review processes • Develop and execute unit and integration testing and resolve defects • Support migration and initial population of master data into Data Hub • Troubleshoot Data Hub and integration processing issues and identify root causes • Develop technical documentation, mappings, and deployment procedures • Participate in solution design, technical architecture, and client working sessions • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and offshore developers • Support deployment across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments • Apply MDM, data governance, integration, and data quality best practices throughout implementations • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and support sales and business development • Travel periodically based on business and client needs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Boomi Data Hub and Master Data Management concepts • Experience designing and configuring master data models and domains, golden records, matching and duplicate detection, survivorship rules, source ranking, data validation and quality rules, cross-reference and reference data, record relationships, and stewardship processes • Strong hands-on experience with the Boomi Enterprise Platform and Boomi Integration • Experience integrating Boomi Data Hub with SaaS, cloud, database, API, and file-based source systems • Strong understanding of MDM concepts including identity resolution, match and merge, survivorship, data standardization, data quality, data synchronization, and data stewardship • Experience developing source-to-target mappings and transformation logic • Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large data sets • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, relational databases, and web services • Experience performing data profiling and identifying data quality issues • Understanding of batch, scheduled, event-driven, and real-time integration patterns • Experience with unit testing, troubleshooting, error handling, logging, and production support • Ability to translate functional and business requirements into technical designs • Strong client-facing communication and consulting skills • Ability to independently lead technical design and development sessions • Ability to manage deliverables and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies • 5+ years of professional experience in data integration, data management, MDM, or related technology consulting • 2+ years of hands-on Boomi Data Hub, Boomi Master Data Hub, or comparable enterprise MDM implementation experience • Boomi Data Hub certification or current Boomi Data Hub role-based certification/learning path • Boomi Integration certification • Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients • Experience supporting sales and business development • Flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs • 3+ years of hands-on Boomi development experience preferred • Experience completing at least 2 enterprise MDM/Data Hub implementations preferred • Consulting experience within Higher Education, Nonprofit, Healthcare, or Commercial organizations preferred
