📋 Description

• Outline course concepts, medium, content delivery, assessments, materials, and complementary learning approaches • Define training programs and core-content schedules, estimate work effort, track project tasks, and report progress and deliverables to management • Create instructional designs for CBTs, live training, job aids, visual aids, and other learning tools • Leverage adult-learning tools such as quizzes, gamification, and interactive CBTs • Consult stakeholders, subject matter experts, and focus groups to create engaging course content and learning activities • Ensure materials meet brand and marketing standards • Evaluate training curricula and materials, applying adult-learning concepts and best practices • Develop and monitor methods to measure training effectiveness and report to management regularly • Analyze operational systems for performance efficiencies and program-enhancement opportunities • Monitor industry trends, learning tools, and standards • Maintain compliance with Inovalon policies, procedures, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) in Information Technology or related field, or a combination of education and experience • 2+ years of related experience in content development or instructional design • Experience applying instructional design methods incorporating adult learning theory and best practices • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Demonstrated visual design and storyboarding skills • Understanding of project management concepts • Solid analytical skills for assessing training-material effectiveness • Strong operational knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
