The product is positioned to reduce operational costs, improve loan and product recommendation workflows, and integrate with existing user channels for banks and financial institutions.

📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship complete product experiences across frontend, backend, and AI integration • Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into real product workflows • Apply prompt engineering, API orchestration, and intelligent UX patterns • Make decisions about UX, polish, and user experience • Work in short cycles, ship to production, learn from real users, and iterate • Operate autonomously and make decisions with incomplete information • Own product surfaces end-to-end from concept to production

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on full-stack experience • Strong frontend experience with React / Next.js • Backend experience with Node.js or Python • Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic • Experience with embeddings or similar AI technologies • Proven ability to own tasks end-to-end, from planning and execution through delivery and follow-up • Hands-on production experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI systems in real-world environments • Ability to prioritize impact over perfection and ship quickly • Clear thinking and clear writing • Hebrew fluency and strong English
