📋 Description

• Handle warm inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries • Filter routine tasks and prioritize urgent items for management review • Perform phone outreach for smaller jobs using an established question checklist • Gather moving details and project specifications from customers • Transfer phone and email lead details into SmartMoving CRM • Host face-to-face video walkthroughs with customers • Present a welcoming, professional face while AI tools capture room data for leadership • Secure municipal parking permits • Schedule equipment rentals • Update customer records • Learn company pricing structures to assist with quoting and booking when leadership is unavailable • Provide administrative and operational backup for leadership

🎯 Requirements

• C1 English level required; selected candidate speaks strictly in English during the whole shift • Exceptional spoken and written English with minimal accent • Warm, clear, professional phone presence • Strong customer service orientation • Willingness to learn SmartMoving CRM software • Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools • Ability to learn business priorities and manage lead flow and administrative tasks without close supervision • Dependable US-hours internet connection • Reliable hardware • Quiet, professional remote workspace • Resume and 30–90 second English audio or video recording required • Publicly accessible recording link required • Internet speed test screenshot required
