📋 Description

• Build and maintain Cash EBITDA and Free Cash Flow models, including monthly actuals, forecasts, variance analyses, and cash bridges • Coordinate Annual Operating Plan and forecast cycles • Consolidate financial plans and pressure-test assumptions • Connect P&L, Cash EBITDA, FCF, and cash flow forecasts • Analyze revenue, operating expenses, headcount, working capital, and other performance drivers • Reconcile results with Accounting and Finance teams • Produce monthly and quarterly actuals-versus-forecast/plan reporting • Prepare financial analyses, presentations, and supporting materials for senior Finance and company leadership • Simplify and automate FP&A models and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field • 3–5 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience, preferably at a SaaS or technology company • Advanced financial modeling skills • Hands-on experience building and maintaining detailed models in Excel or Google Sheets • Strong understanding of the income statement and cash flow statement • Understanding of how operating performance and working capital impact cash • Ability to analyze large volumes of financial data and identify key drivers • Ability to communicate results in a clear business narrative • Excellent communication skills • Ability to explain financial results and variances to Finance and non-Finance audiences • Strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and collaborate across Finance and the broader organization • Must pass a background check • Candidates may need to verify legal name, current physical location, valid contact number, and residential address
