📋 Description

• Build relationships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes management teams • Educate healthcare providers on diabetes management, technologies, and treatment practices • Participate in local diabetes-care events and initiatives • Schedule and deliver personalized patient training on Insulet products • Assess patient needs and customize training programs • Provide follow-up consultation, troubleshooting, and ongoing education • Align patient training with healthcare providers’ clinical treatment plans • Evaluate and recommend Certified Pod Trainers for consultant roles • Oversee CPTs and provide product updates and clinical support • Use data sources to inform education strategy and actions • Maintain Salesforce and other data systems to capture training metrics • Manage administrative operations within budget guidelines • Promote insulin pump therapy to providers and patients through clinical expertise • Collaborate with territory partners to achieve sales goals • Execute field sales activities aligned with established guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree • 2+ years of related clinical experience • Professional, up-to-date credentials and/or certifications, such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or other clinical credentials and/or certifications • State licensure, as required per state • Valid driver’s license • Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory • Regular business travel, mostly by car within a set geographic region • Ability to lift, carry and transport up to 30 lbs. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong influencing and collaboration skills • Demonstrated skill educating in a clinical setting for providers and patients • Ability to solve complex problems and take appropriate action • Ability to execute territory business strategy • Proficiency with large data systems and personal devices, including insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
