📋 Description

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls focused on selling Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplemental plans from multiple carriers • Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during policy writing and renewal processes • Prepare and present policy and coverage options and information to clients • Maintain client records within the client management database • Address client matters including claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Active resident Health Insurance License • Current Year AHIP Certified • Complete Carrier Certifications and Contracts • Adequate equipment to work from home • Proficiency in computers • Good Sales Background • Ability to communicate through virtual platforms • Comply with State and CMS guidelines
