📋 Description

• Review engineering drawings and construction plans, coordinating closely with engineering teams to determine ROW and permitting needs. • Identify and secure necessary permits and easements from federal, state, county, city, and private landowners. • Negotiate right-of-way acquisitions and other property interests to accommodate telecommunication operations. • Serve as a liaison between clients, property owners, local agencies, and permitting entities. • Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and documentation. • Prepare and administer contracts and agreements while maintaining detailed records of all transactions. • Conduct field visits as required. • Secure and manage rights-of-way, permits, and land access agreements supporting broadband infrastructure deployment. • Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, landowners, and local jurisdictions to ensure efficient and compliant project execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or related field (or High school diploma or GED plus equivalent experience) • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Right-of-Way & easement acquisition, real estate, or land services for telecom and related infrastructure projects. • Knowledge of all aspects of eminent domain laws, real estate principles, title research, and land valuation. • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required • Familiarity with GIS and land management software is a plus.
