📋 Description

• Implement, configure, and maintain assigned systems, applications, and infrastructure components in accordance with customer specifications. • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define requirements and high-level system design. • Administer and troubleshoot operating systems, virtualization platforms, and business applications to ensure availability and reliability. • Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes following change-management procedures. • Automate routine administration tasks using scripting and configuration management tools. • Monitor system health and performance, and respond to incidents to minimize downtime. • Support the definition of future system architecture to increase capacity and availability. • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree, or equivalent professional experience. • 2+ years of IT technical experience. • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust or Security Clearance. • Experience administering Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and/or Windows Server environments. • Familiarity with virtualization platforms, such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or KVM. • Experience with configuration management and automation tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. • Exposure to containerization basics (Docker) and cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure). • Experience with monitoring and ITSM tools, such as Nagios, Prometheus, or ServiceNow. • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Linux+, RHCSA, or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server.
