📋 Description

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families • Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate next steps • Collaborate with on-call teams to coordinate care and resources • Accurately document communications and interventions • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while handling urgent calls • Provide after-hours support and coordinate timely interventions for hospice patients receiving services

🎯 Requirements

• Active multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license • Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care strongly preferred • Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records (EMR) for call documentation • Ability to type documentation and notes in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle stress and multitask while receiving at least 5 calls per hour on weekdays and up to 8 calls per hour on weekends • Strong communication and critical thinking skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Consistent attendance and active communication during scheduled shifts • Reliable internet connectivity during all scheduled shifts

🏖️ Benefits

• Base pay of $25 per hour, with multiple opportunities to increase the hourly rate up to $28 per hour within the first 6 months of hire • $2 shift differential for overnights • $2 shift differential for weekends (Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday) • 3 weeks of paid remote training • Accumulation of PTO based on hours worked • Eligibility to participate in the 401(k) plan • Full-time nurses may participate in medical, dental, vision, and/or supplemental insurance plans • Work from home • Supportive clinical team • Shorter shifts intended to support work-life balance
