📋 Description

• Teach online graduate course(s) in the Master of Systems Engineering program • Develop online courses in partnership with Ohio State Online • Design curricula and syllabi • Develop course content and materials • Present course material and guide students through assignments • Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment • Support student success • Collaborate with fellow instructors • Complete activities and provide support for developing and teaching graduate students, depending on the selected candidate’s degree certification

🎯 Requirements

• Masters degree or equivalent in Systems Engineering or a related area • Three to five years of teaching and/or industry related experience in Systems Engineering or relevant areas • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • A commitment to or demonstrated efforts in teaching that reflect Ohio State’s Shared Values • Final candidates must successfully complete a background check • The Ohio State University will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position
