📋 Description

• Provide nurse triage and advice-line care remotely from a home office • Speak directly with patients and families who contact the triage line • Support clients’ nursing staffs and their patients during nights and weekends • Handle a minimum of 5+ calls per hour on weekdays and higher weekend volumes • Document calls using multiple applications and complete remaining charting after handoff • Work rotating weekday shifts and Saturday/Sunday weekend rotations • Complete paid three-week remote orientation and training • Prepare for calls by clocking in at least 30 minutes before the shift • Remain clocked in after calls roll to the next team to finish outstanding charting • Attend in-services and additional training as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact Nursing License • Must reside and work in a current Compact US state • 3+ years as an RN • Experience in a fast-paced environment such as ED, Surgical Services, or Critical Care • Comfortable using technology and accessing multiple applications remotely for documentation • Ability and comfort typing • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a bonus • Must physically reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer • Must complete the 3-week orientation and training • Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on required weekends, 2 of every 3 weekends • Must work required holidays on a rotating basis • Able to handle stress and multitask with high call volumes • Able to communicate empathetically with patients and families while following client protocols • Must maintain CEUs as designated by the states served • Must attend in-services and additional training as needed • Must pass a background check and nurse licensing check • Must have high-speed fiberoptic or coaxial cable internet • Must connect the company laptop directly to the modem; Wi-Fi is incompatible • Must have a quiet, private, HIPAA-compliant home office or workspace • Must remain in good standing and keep the home-state license active • Must be tech savvy and able to follow verbal and written instructions
