📋 Description

• Guide onboarding activities and/or assist with new employee orientation • Support administration of company programs, performance management, benefits enrollment, and training • Facilitate Workday processes with payroll, benefits, and leave departments • Coordinate offboarding • Support HRIS record changes in Workday and input data • Manage local Form I-9 compliance • Coordinate recruiting, job postings, and interviews with managers • Administer annual open enrollment benefit meetings • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws • Develop positive employee relations and advise management on issue resolution • Interpret and advise on basic HR policies, procedures, and programs • Coordinate and facilitate special projects • Attend business meetings and training courses as needed • Serve as the first point of contact for HR, employee benefit, and payroll queries • Identify and implement improvements in HR effectiveness and processes • Ensure safety, HR, and other training certification requirements are met • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1 year of applicable job experience • 1 year of HR system administration experience with Workday • Strong technology skills • Knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices • Ability to maintain confidential information • Ability to work with all levels of staff • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills • Advanced oral and written communication skills for effective problem-solving • Ability to complete multiple tasks accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment • Experience in an administrative/clerical capacity • Experience with Workday or another HRIS preferred
