📋 Description
• Support the effective delivery of Human Resources services through workforce data administration, onboarding and orientation support, compliance tracking, employee service, and records management • Maintain accurate employee information • Complete new hire and credentialing requirements • Adhere to regulatory and organizational standards • Process HR transactions in a timely manner • Serve as a frontline HR resource throughout the employment lifecycle • Support operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources or Administrative Support Role • Residency in KY or IN • Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug testing • Ability to work in a drug-free workplace
