📋 Description
• Review and annotate AI-generated code • Evaluate and refine code outputs • Assess correctness, efficiency, scalability, and backend engineering best practices • Identify and document error patterns • Collaborate to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and engineering guidelines • Contribute backend engineering expertise to AI training data
🎯 Requirements
• Strong backend engineering experience • Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C++ • Experience with frameworks such as Django, Spring, or Express • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases • Clear communication skills • Problem-solving ability • Attention to detail • Experience with API design, distributed systems, cloud services, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a strong plus
