📋 Description

• Challenge advanced language models on HR topics and workplace scenarios • Converse with models on HR scenarios and theoretical workplace questions • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses • Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Help train AI systems using expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, labor law compliance, and training and development

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, labor law compliance, and training and development • Experience with recruitment strategies, conflict resolution, workforce planning, HR analytics, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance auditing • Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related field is ideal • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR signal fit • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HRIS projects signals fit • Clear, metacognitive communication and ability to show your work • Secure computer and high-speed internet
