📋 Description

• Extract and download employee data and documents from UKG • Organize files in OneDrive using consistent folder structures and naming conventions • Review records for completeness and flag missing or duplicate information • Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures for handling employee information • Provide project updates and coordinate with HR to resolve questions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and OneDrive • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Comfortable completing repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently • Prior HR, data entry, or administrative experience preferred • UKG experience is a plus • Must be able to complete tasks with high level of accountability and low supervision
