📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across multiple sites and jurisdictions • Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, and statutory requirements • Oversee audits, reporting, and year-end payroll activities • Drive payroll system upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to improve payroll operations and data accuracy • Establish and monitor payroll KPIs and service levels • Analyze payroll data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed payroll team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience • Experience managing multi-site and/or international payroll operations • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and compliance requirements • Proven success leading payroll system implementations, upgrades, or integrations • Experience working with payroll and HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or Oracle • Advanced Excel and payroll reporting capabilities • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills • Professional payroll certification (CPP, FPC, CIPP, IPASS, or equivalent) preferred • Experience in a shared services or global business services environment is a plus
