📋 Description

• Monitor ServiceNow queues and resolve platform issues within target SLAs to ensure continuous system availability • Partner with Scrum teams and Product Owners to estimate, design, and onboard new platform features and minor enhancements • Develop custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components while adhering to design patterns, exception handling, and governor limits • Align with centralized release management teams to ensure safe deployments and maintain strong stakeholder relationships • Develop and maintain productive relationships with business stakeholders and partners across enterprise Salesforce user groups • Communicate effectively with all management levels during issues or escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Cloud components, specifically Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI/components, web service APIs, and performance optimization within governor limits • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong background in production support and business operation recovery • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all management levels • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or equivalent experience • US Citizenship and residency in the US mainland • Visa sponsorship is not available
