📋 Description

• Lead resolution of critical Level 3 application incidents through deep root-cause analysis and direct client ownership through full resolution • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product Owners, and Sales teams to troubleshoot issues, improve platform stability, and onboard new clients • Monitor cloud application health and manage system alerts • Participate in shift and on-call rotations to maintain performance and availability • Drive process automation and continuous improvement across Incident, Problem, and Change Management workflows • Own assigned technical projects and deliverables and execute them within target timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level applications in an advanced Level 3 support capacity • Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms and multi-tier architectures • Experience with log analysis and modern observability frameworks such as Datadog and Grafana • Understanding of IT service delivery frameworks, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management • Experience with ServiceNow or JIRA • Strong hands-on experience with Linux environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex technical concepts clearly to external customers • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent practical work experience • Exposure to DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, Python scripting, or Content Service Platforms such as Alfresco or Hyland is a plus
