📋 Description

• Monitor and respond to infrastructure alerts, events, and monitoring-system notifications • Research, resolve, document, and communicate internal and client incidents within defined SLA targets • Provide internal and external managed services infrastructure support • Serve as a critical point of contact between iT1 and its customers • Act as a technical escalation point for other support teams • Participate in major incident response, root cause analysis, and change management activities • Maintain diagrams, documentation, procedures, and asset information • Utilize PowerShell and automation tools where appropriate to improve operational efficiency • Mentor junior engineers and lead technical troubleshooting efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of infrastructure, systems, networking • 3-5 years managed-services support experience preferred • Experience supporting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and virtualization technologies • Experience working from alerts through escalation, resolution, and documentation • Intermediate-level network troubleshooting and configuration (Meraki, Cisco, VPNs, switching, routing, wireless, firewalls) • Intermediate-level Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting • Intermediate-level Azure administration including virtual machines, storage, networking, backup, monitoring, and identity services • Support VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V environments • Experience with LogicMonitor, NinjaOne, ConnectWise PSA, IT Glue, or similar platforms preferred • Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery preferred • PowerShell scripting and automation experience preferred • Excellent customer service, documentation, organization, and prioritization skills preferred • Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical troubleshooting efforts preferred • Preferred certifications: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), VMware or Microsoft 365 Certifications
