📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis of secondary data sources, including claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, Rx, CRM, and media/omnichannel ecosystem data • Synthesize insights across data sources to inform brand planning, lifecycle strategy, performance optimization, and HCP/patient journeys • Apply advanced data analytics techniques and segmentation to identify patterns, drivers, and opportunities • Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, reports, and analytical tools • Support data quality, validation, and consistency across data sources and reporting outputs • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative primary market research across HCPs, HCOs, patients, medical/KOLs, and payers • Integrate primary research and secondary data insights • Interpret and communicate research findings to cross-functional stakeholders • Perform and interpret strategic market, competitive, and landscape analyses • Partner with Commercial, Medical, and Market Access stakeholders • Collaborate with data strategy and technology teams on data sources, methodologies, and analytical outputs • Support standardized analytical frameworks and improve research processes, tools, and best practices • Report to the Director, Customer Analytics & Insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, scientific, business, or related field required • 4 to 6+ years of progressive experience in analytics, market research, or consulting • Experience analyzing secondary pharmaceutical data sources, such as claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, and/or prescriber-level data • Strong proficiency with qualitative and quantitative primary market research methodologies • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SAS • Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical datasets, such as IQVIA DDD, Xponent, and patient claims data • Structured problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate, self-start, and adapt in a fast-paced matrixed organization • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries preferred • Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) preferred
