📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, clients, and partners • Oversee digital advertising campaigns across multiple marketing platforms • Manage day-to-day program execution and coordinate dealer and partner deliverables • Ensure timely and accurate campaign launches • Monitor campaign performance and foster client relationships • Support dealer onboarding and collect assets for monthly campaigns • Align client expectations with campaign deliverables • Understand client business goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and strategic recommendations • Coordinate creative and compliance approvals with partners, dealers, and third parties • Drive cross-functional tasks across departments • Request video creatives from the account coordinator team • Submit content to the quality department and update it based on review • Monitor activities assigned to other departments • Support the sales team as needed • Maintain dealer information according to contractual obligations • Troubleshoot application issues related to monthly campaign activities • Ensure all contractual obligations are met in a timely manner • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client services, digital marketing, advertising, agency operations, or a related field • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.) • Media or agency related experience preferred • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities • Superior attention to detail and sense of urgency • Strong communications and listening skills • Ability to work effectively in a high volume and fast paced environment • Exceptional ability to multi-task and follow through • Strong Data Entry Skills • Software experience in Salesforce • Advanced PC skills including the entire Microsoft suite, specifically Excel and SharePoint
