📋 Description

• Decide what to build next in AI and make the case for it • Partner with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation • Evaluate emerging AI technology, including voicebots and computer-use agents • Prototype promising technologies and decide future investment priorities • Design evaluation frameworks and guardrails • Balance latency, cost, and accuracy in a regulated production environment • Set the technical bar and architecture direction for chatbot systems • Shape the prompt engineering team's future work • Build automations for record disputes, email/callout reduction, and document validation • Work with subject matter experts to translate domain knowledge into reliable systems • Own the AI systems layer for Jerry.ai's consumer product

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product engineering or forward deployed engineering, ideally in an early-stage startup • Track record of turning ambiguous problems into systems that run in production • Hands-on experience putting LLM-based systems into production • Experience with evaluations, regressions, latency, cost, and failure handling • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • LinkedIn profile URL required • Resume required
