📋 Description

• Decide what to build next in AI and make the business and technical case • Partner with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, prototype promising opportunities, and determine investment priorities • Design evaluation frameworks and guardrails for regulated production environments • Balance latency, cost, and accuracy in AI systems • Set the technical bar and architecture direction for chatbot systems • Guide prompt engineering priorities and maintain scalable architecture • Build automations for record disputes, email/callout reduction, and document validation • Work with subject matter experts to convert domain knowledge into reliable systems • Operate and scale chatbot systems handling over 50,000 chats monthly and more than 70% of inbound sales and service requests

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product engineering or forward deployed engineering, ideally in an early-stage startup • Track record of turning ambiguous problems into systems that run in production • Hands-on experience putting LLM-based systems into production • Experience with evaluations, regressions, latency, cost, and failure handling • Modern AI expertise, including emerging models and AI capabilities • Knowledge of evaluation design, guardrails, and tradeoffs between latency, cost, and accuracy • Systems design experience, including interfaces, failure modes, and blast radius • Ability to evaluate and prototype voicebots, computer-use agents, and consumer AI applications • Ability to work full-time as a salaried employee while residing in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada • LinkedIn profile URL and resume required for application
