📋 Description

• Serve on the central BizOps & Analytics team while embedding in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, questions, and decisions before conducting analysis • Define metrics and build reports • Pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface insights that improve key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the appropriate next steps • Drive initiatives and decisions through execution and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Full-time salaried employment eligibility applies to the listed locations • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
