📋 Description

• Complete paid training and insurance licensing • Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process • Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies and select an option fitting their budget • Listen to customer concerns and resolve problems • Help customers finalize policies • Provide a highly hospitable, friendly, and service-oriented customer experience • Work with users who have already started their insurance search in Jerry’s app; no cold calling

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service background, including experience with Apple Store, Chick-fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco-type environments • Customer-service-oriented and hospitality-focused • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment while handling multiple tasks • Must pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance • Full-time employees must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for salaried employees; AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for hourly employees • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must disclose whether visa sponsorship is currently or prospectively required • A valid P&C license is requested on the application
