📋 Description

• Own and deliver monthly cost reporting packages to clients, analyzing JLL's forecasted position versus budget • Track and maintain finance dashboards daily and report key metrics and insights to operations teams • Support service change request tracking and identify cost-savings and process improvement initiatives • Conduct Budget-versus-Actual and Forecast-versus-Actual spending comparisons • Work with budget owners to build and maintain accurate financial projections • Serve as primary liaison between finance and operations teams • Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting, formal presentations, charts, and analytical documents • Support automation initiatives that preserve data integrity • Assist with revenue recognition, fee calculations, and timely billing under Master Service Agreements • Support various accounting-related activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, with Finance or Accounting focus strongly preferred • 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience in corporate or professional services environment • Advanced Excel skills, including building complex financial models and detailed data analysis • Proven financial competency at detailed operational level • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience presenting to senior leadership using PowerPoint or Google Slides • Ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels and functional areas • High attention to detail and accuracy • Proven track record of making effective decisions under pressure • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Preferred: commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services experience • Preferred: FP&A best practices and financial reporting automation tools • Preferred: service change request processes and contract management principles • Preferred: budget planning and forecasting in client-facing roles • Preferred: project management and cross-functional improvement initiatives • Preferred: advanced financial reporting software and business intelligence tools
