📋 Description

• Provide support to a large technology client and internal stakeholders on optimization of JLL managed services, operations, and sourcing strategies • Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations • Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives • Manage 2–3 direct reports • Lead sourcing professionals toward strategic outcomes • Serve as a subject matter expert on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management • Collaborate with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits • Perform periodic market trend analysis, including analysis of supplier base and industry changes • Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in client-ready form • Develop, implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs • Support and guide supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers • Provide management, instruction, and follow-up for operations teams' RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes • Manage internal and external customer expectations • Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management for contractual review and approval • Establish priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve operational issues • Support and assist development of diversity programs • Participate in and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills • Project management and business transition experience preferred • Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and/or 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to ensure compliance with JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics • Ability to establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management and ensure contractual terms comply with requirements • Ability to establish priorities, assign deliverables, resolve issues, and assure client and customer satisfaction • Ability to support development of diversity programs • Ability to provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings • Ability to support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives
