📋 Description

• Own JLL's Falcon developer platform for everything JLL engineering ships, including CI/CD, dependency upgrades, and the developer portal • Build automated create, UAT, and production pipelines for every app and service, with deep investment in MCP servers and agents • Include observability and governance by default • Keep teams current as packages, services, and skills change • Work closely with teams building on the platform to identify lost time and turn needs into platform capabilities • Provide tracing, evaluations, and cost attribution after first deployment • Build governance into pipelines so teams remain compliant automatically • Write specifications, prototypes, skills, and occasional pull requests while directing the team • Lead a dedicated team of engineers and SREs • Partner daily with engineering leaders, principal architects, and security • Measure progress through production agents, time to first production agent or service, pipeline improvement speed, and platform backlog velocity • Report to the Head of Product, AI Platform • Found and establish this function with an emphasis on shipping working code

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management or technical product leadership on platform, infrastructure, or developer-tooling products, at the Staff IC level • Hands-on LLM and agent building, including agents, MCP, and tool calling, personally performed • Track record of creating platforms developers actually chose to use • Knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cloud runtime trade-offs, and internal engineering tooling • Experience with GitHub Actions at scale, dependency management, and developer portals • Ability to hold a technical position with architects and security under pressure • Experience in a large, distributed, global company • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Preferred: AWS, especially Bedrock; Kubernetes; Terraform; GitOps • Preferred: SDLC and architecture-governance processes • Preferred: Harness engineering/AiDLC • Preferred: LLM observability and evaluation tooling, including OTEL, evaluation frameworks, and cost attribution • Preferred: Internal developer platforms or golden paths at enterprise scale, including Backstage
