📋 Description

• Lead and execute concurrent RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes from strategy development through supplier selection • Develop tender documentation, scopes of work, evaluation criteria, and commercial frameworks • Coordinate supplier briefings, Q&A, proposal evaluations, and selection recommendations • Conduct bid evaluations using total cost of ownership modeling, risk assessments, and capability scoring • Manage compressed RFx timelines during client transitions • Execute sourcing projects including due diligence, market analysis, and supplier capability assessments • Implement sourcing solutions from contract award through operational delivery and day-one readiness • Coordinate sourcing activities with Transition Leads • Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and finalization of vendor agreements • Coordinate with Legal & Risk teams on contractual terms and compliance • Negotiate commercial terms and service level agreements • Gather market intelligence and analyze supplier capabilities, pricing trends, and service delivery models • Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders • Analyze complex datasets, perform financial modeling, cost analysis, and benchmarking • Identify, quantify, track, and report cost savings • Monitor supplier performance and project milestones • Provide regular sourcing reports to Transition Leads and sourcing leaders • Maintain documentation and metrics for transition success and continuous improvement • Coordinate deliverables across stakeholders to meet transition schedules and day-one readiness requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university • 3+ years strategic sourcing experience with demonstrated expertise in competitive sourcing processes, including substantial hands-on experience managing RFx events (RFP/RFQ/RFI) from strategy development through supplier award • Proven track record executing end-to-end RFx campaigns and managing multiple concurrent competitive sourcing initiatives • Strong technical proficiency in RFx methodologies and best practices, tender documentation, supplier evaluation frameworks, scoring models, and award recommendations • Experience developing contract frameworks including statements of work, service schedules, and pricing structures • Strong negotiation skills and success securing favorable vendor agreements • Ability to manage complex project timelines and coordinate deliverables with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines • Self-motivated and capable of driving initiatives independently • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel capabilities for financial modeling and data analysis and strong PowerPoint skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
