📋 Description

• Execute indirect commodity sourcing RFPs for local, regional, and national initiatives covering up to 30,000 sites • Manage large data sets for procurement and auditing, ensuring equipment inventory descriptions and pricing accuracy • Manage supplier relationships involving negotiations, contract administration, and operational issues • Support the Sourcing Manager with communication, coordination, and implementation of indirect sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations • Ensure contractual terms comply with the MSA and coordinate with Legal and Risk Management for formal review and approval • Oversee maintenance and enhancement of the central sourcing access database • Support data analytics and improved decision-making through accurate sourcing data • Identify and communicate opportunities to streamline indirect sourcing processes • Support achievement of account KPIs, goals, and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• College degree and/or 3+ years of related sourcing or procurement experience • Demonstrated experience executing high-volume sourcing with 3,000+ annual transactions • Experience managing short-cycle RFP activities with 1 to 14 day turnaround times • Knowledge of USPS Procurement Policy or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) • Experience sourcing hard and soft services including Landscaping & Snow Removal, Fire Life Safety, and Elevators • Familiarity with federal or government procurement processes and compliance requirements • Experience managing transition plans for new suppliers with operations teams • Proficiency in supplier scorecards, performance review meetings, and contract compliance audits • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Skills in Access, data management, and analytical tools including Smartsheets, Tableau, and SQL • Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, supplier performance management, and contract compliance standards • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage large volumes of data and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis • Ability to maintain data integrity across sourcing databases • Ability to work successfully in a decentralized, remote environment with minimal field representation • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
