📋 Description

• Translate website pages, advertisements, legal terminology, and marketing materials between English and Spanish • Organize translation files, content updates, and project documentation • Review translated materials for grammar, spelling, consistency, accuracy, and tone • Maintain consistent terminology and brand messaging across Spanish-language materials • Conduct terminology research for legal, marketing, and industry-specific content • Collaborate with marketing team members on website updates and future digital marketing projects • Ensure translations preserve the original content’s meaning and purpose • Support creation and adaptation of bilingual content • Localize content for Spanish-speaking audiences with attention to cultural context • Enter, update, and manage website content through content management systems • Assist with Spanish-language website sections • Provide language and cultural recommendations • Handle internal, legal, and marketing information confidentially • Meet deadlines while managing multiple content and translation requests

🎯 Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required • Previous experience in marketing, digital content, translation, or a related field is required • Strong command of Spanish vocabulary, expressions, and cultural nuances is preferred • A legal background or knowledge of legal terminology is strongly preferred • Experience translating website copy, advertisements, marketing materials, or legal content is preferred • Ability to translate complex information accurately while maintaining the original tone and meaning • Comfortable using content management systems to update and manage website content • Strong written communication and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a marketing department • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and comply with confidentiality requirements • Marketing portfolio or relevant work samples may be requested • Experience with content management systems, website editing platforms, Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity software, and digital communication and collaboration tools
