📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted adviser to employees, managers, Directors, and Senior Directors within assigned functions or regions • Provide business partnership and coaching to people leaders to improve talent motivation, development, and retention • Partner throughout the talent lifecycle, including performance reviews, performance management, talent calibrations, promotions, compensation reviews, and succession planning • Provide Employee Relations support and guidance to leaders throughout performance management • Support talent and leadership development strategy and delivery of enablement resources • Partner on organizational design and change management planning and execution • Improve efficiency through creating, operationalizing, and standardizing processes and policies • Translate People strategy outputs into scalable operational actions • Create feedback loops for people initiatives, programs, and Centers of Excellence • Collaborate with Employment Legal, People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Finance, and the broader People team • Build relationships with business leaders and provide advice aligned with local employment practices and employment law • Leverage performance and employee-relations data to influence manager training and underperformance processes; deliver training as needed • Manage or participate in special projects, programs, and continuous-improvement initiatives • Deliver timely and accurate responses to People Operations questions and support requests • Embrace AI and automation tools to streamline processes

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced talent organization, ideally in a high-growth global tech company • Strong knowledge of employment law and ability to apply it as a trusted HR adviser • Skilled in maintaining confidentiality and discretion • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving projects, and managing change in a dynamic work environment • Experience supporting cross-functional global teams preferred • Experience providing Employee Relations support and guidance throughout performance management processes • Experience addressing policy violations • Ability to build trust, collaborate, and influence various work styles and personalities • Ability to take ownership of outcomes and proactively address obstacles • Ability to translate unclear priorities into actionable steps and complete assignments with multiple inputs and deliverables • Highest standards of honesty and ethical behaviour • Ability to promote belonging, inclusion, and psychological safety • Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service • Ability to work successfully within sensitive, ambiguous, and complex issues in a fast-paced and challenging business environment
