📋 Description

• Establish the deal desk function at DeleteMe • Accelerate deal velocity, reduce risk in contracting, and enable scalable revenue growth across direct and partner motions • Partner with account executives, account managers, and customer success managers to structure and review non-standard deals • Ensure compliance with pricing, discounting, and commercial policies • Own the quote approval process and act as gatekeeper for deal health and margin integrity • Support SFDC and CPQ implementation, enhancement, and operations • Maintain quote templates and workflows • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to streamline contract and approval workflows • Provide real-time deal support and serve as a subject matter expert for SFDC, CPQ tools, and pricing calculators • Help define and maintain pricing and packaging models and commercial terms with Product and Finance • Continuously optimize quoting, approval, and contract-execution processes • Bridge GTM and Finance to ensure alignment on ARR bookings

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 4–6 years in RevOps, Deal Desk, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment • Strong grasp of subscription pricing, contracting, and enterprise deal structures • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and related CPQ applications • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and represent QTC at the leadership level • Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, scaling environment • Strong EQ to understand the needs of both sales and customers • Domestic and international travel required • Located in Boston, MA • Nice to have: Experience with Stripe and/or NetSuite • Nice to have: Experience as a system admin for SFDC • Nice to have: Background in cybersecurity or privacy industries • Nice to have: Familiarity with direct and channel sales models • Nice to have: Experience in a company leveraging both Sales-Led and PLG motions
