📋 Description

• Screen and evaluate applicants to identify good-fit candidates • Schedule and coordinate interviews • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding for interns and volunteers • Maintain internal paperwork and documentation • Assist with HR-related tasks and projects based on interests • Work closely with the HR Team Lead and Director of Human Resources • Work independently using Zoom and Slack in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Current student working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or related fields • Experience with HR functions, including creating training plans, interviewing, and compiling employee data • Google Workspace experience preferred • Ability to keep information confidential • Must be authorized to intern in the U.S. • Comfortable coordinating in a remote environment • High level of communication • Must commit to a 6-month internship agreement • Must be able to attend at least one 30–40 minute meeting per week
