📋 Description

• Understand client data requirements and create migration plans • Write scripts to perform data transformations and validations on imported Contacts, Financial Data, Matters/Cases, and other data • Work with customers to troubleshoot and solve issues • Provide customer service throughout the data migration process • Manage the inbound migration queue and set expectations with stakeholders • Enhance the overall migration process for successful implementation and operation • Monitor, document, and report data migration plan progress at project level • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of programming/scripting experience, specifically with Python • 1+ year of data transformation, data pipeline, data analytics • Proficiency with relational database technology such as SQLServer, MySQL, or similar • 2+ years experience and proficiency with Excel, including Excel’s Functions and Formulas • Experience working with Jira and Salesforce is a plus • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills • Curious, self-motivated, and passionate in learning and adopting new technologies • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Able to discuss technically detailed processes with customers who are both tech-savvy and non-technical
