📋 Description

• Help the Operations Services team achieve daily success for clients • Complete all assigned tasks regarding client projects • Enter data into Salesforce, Vizergy Management System, and/or client proprietary systems • Log all hours worked to assignments • Assist with account- and project-related tasks • Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service possible • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Positive attitude, dependability, people skills, organizational skills, and computer skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Internet technologies • Enhanced administrative skills and attention to detail • Customer service centric • Outstanding verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Technically literate and comfortable working with Internet technologies • Ability to multi-task • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is required
