📋 Description

• Build and maintain automation for Revenue Cycle Management processes using Python, Selenium, and OpenCV • Automate browser tasks such as data extraction, form submission, and portal navigation • Use OpenCV and OCR to read and interact with screens and documents in desktop and web applications • Monitor running automations and investigate failures using logs, screenshots, and database records • Write SQL queries to inspect task queues, results, exceptions, and support reporting • Help build and maintain internal APIs, dashboards, and integrations with payers, clearinghouses, and EHR systems • Work with operations teams and SMEs to understand manual workflows and turn them into reliable automation • Follow HIPAA requirements, secure credential handling, and logging and audit practices • Write and maintain technical documentation • Use Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Key Vault • Work closely with senior engineers, receive code review and mentorship, and own production work

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional software development experience, or equivalent academic or project experience • Working proficiency in Python • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases • Experience with Git and a standard pull request workflow • Strong analytical and debugging skills, and close attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical teammates • Interest in healthcare RCM workflows (e.g., eligibility, authorizations, claims, denials) • Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or another browser automation tool • Web development experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks • Experience building or consuming REST APIs • Exposure to OpenCV, OCR (e.g., Tesseract), or image processing • Experience with automated testing (e.g., pytest) • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or another cloud platform • Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or PowerShell scripting in Windows environments • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (X12 EDI 270/271, HL7) or EHR systems • Experience using AI/ML or LLM tools in real projects • Awareness of logging, monitoring, and observability tools (e.g., Grafana) • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA • No Contractors, No C2C, No Visa Sponsorship • No recruiting agencies • Remote in USA Only; candidates from New York, California, or Washington state are not considered • Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST; flexible working hours may be required based on business
