📋 Description

• Own and drive RFPs and RFIs from initial intake through final submission • Independently manage multiple active proposals with different requirements, stakeholders, deadlines, and completion stages • Review opportunities, determine requirements and next steps, build project plans, and coordinate cross-functional inputs • Follow up on outstanding items and escalate blockers as needed • Draft, edit, and strengthen proposal responses tailored to each prospect and opportunity • Partner with subject matter experts to gather and validate information • Conduct final quality assurance and coordinate submission • Maintain visibility into status, owners, next steps, deadlines, and risks across active proposals • Improve proposal workflows, SLAs, cross-functional accountability, documentation, and the proposal content library • Identify and implement AI, automation, and technology improvements • Support active deals with custom proposals, follow-up responses, ROI analyses, and other buyer-facing materials

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing complex RFPs, RFIs, or grant proposals • Demonstrated experience independently owning the proposal process from intake through final submission • Exceptional organization and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals with competing deadlines • Strong writing and editing skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong commercial judgment • Ability to identify gaps, solve problems independently, and drive cross-functional work forward • Experience with proposal management technology such as Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or similar • Experience in healthcare, employee benefits, behavioral health, or digital health environment preferred
