📋 Description

• Formulate and execute proposal strategy and sales agreements • Formulate deal structure, pricing, and proposal development • Assist in customer negotiations • Identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve the proposal process • Develop specialized knowledge of the latest commercial developments in the relevant area • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks and problems • Analyze data to support recommendations • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Influence others on topics within the field

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Sales & Sales and Proposal for roles outside the USA • Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
