📋 Description

• Shape the strategic direction of the Complex Accounting & Litigation practice • Lead, mentor, and grow junior team members on client work and business development • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on quality, innovation, and client service • Assist with internal knowledge sharing, training, and professional development initiatives • Oversee and execute complex investigations involving regulatory inquiries, forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and expert witness services • Guide development of client deliverables including reports, presentations, data visualizations, and testimony • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients • Expand the book of business and contribute to practice growth • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with internal stakeholders • Build and maintain relationships with law firms, regulators, financial institutions, and corporate clients • Represent J.S. Held at industry events, conferences, and client engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in auditing, CFO, regulatory or standard setting, forensic accounting, litigation consulting, or expert witness services roles • Certified Public Accountant or equivalent • Proven experience executing high-quality client delivery and ability to work within and manage a team • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable insights • Strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management • Significant experience in the financial services and insurance industries • Prior audit experience • Additional relevant certifications including CFE, CFF, among others are preferred • Must be able to remain in a stationary position during work shift
